Strength and Speed

The Barbell Club improves strength and speed using the Olympic lifts—the clean and jerk and the snatch.

Training the main lifts as well as accessory lifts, you'll develop explosive athletic ability and full-body strength.

The USAW Romeo Athletics Barbell Club is recommended for:

  • Beginning Weightlifters

  • Competitive CrossFit athletes looking for an edge in the fast lifts

  • Field Athletes training for improved on-field performance

  • Competitive Weightlifters training for USAW-sanctioned competition

Led by Head Coach Andrew Romeo, each athlete receives one-on-one coaching and customized programming to address individual needs while accelerating progress.
