Strength and Speed
The Barbell Club improves strength and speed using the Olympic lifts—the clean and jerk and the snatch.
Training the main lifts as well as accessory lifts, you'll develop explosive athletic ability and full-body strength.

Led by Head Coach Andrew Romeo, each athlete receives one-on-one coaching and customized programming to address individual needs while accelerating progress.
