5 Inchworms w/ Push Up

:30-Second Plank Hold

:30R/ :30L- CPT Morgans

Upper Body Push:

Bench Press: 2-3 Warm Up Sets

Set 1-4: 10 Reps, Go Heavier With Each, Every 3 Minutes

Set 5 and 6: 6 10 Reps, Go Heavier With Each, Every 3 Minutes

Set 7 and 8: 5 Reps, As Heavy as Possible, Grind Them Out

Bootcamp: Same with DB’s 

Conditioning:

10 Ball Slams

15 Burpees to Target
