Camp Session Dates:
Session 2: July 7--15 for Ages: 8--12
Session 3: August 12--16 for Ages: 4--7

Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm
*Please send camper with a snack and water bottle!

Pricing:
One Child: $150 per session
Two Children: $250 per session
Three Children: $325 per session

Warm Up:

5 Strict Pull Ups

10 Banded Hamstring Curls

10M Spiderman Crawl

Low Body Push:

Back Squat: 5X, Ascending in Weight if You Can

Set 1 will start around 80%. Take 2 reps, rack bar for 15 seconds, take 2 reps, rack bar for 30 seconds, take 1 rep. One set every 4 Minutes.

Bootcamp:

Drop Set on Pit Shark: 10 per Hole, Hit Each Hole, Rest 5 Minutes, Do it Again

Conditioning:

5X:

20 PlyoSkiers

20M Plate Push

Auxiliary:

20M Weighted Lunges (Ascending Weights)

20 Reverse Flys
