Build to Heaviest Cluster you Can, One Set Every 3 Minutes

Bootcamp:

Bulgarian Split Squat:

Warm Up: Unweighted: 2 X 25 Per Leg, DB's: 20 Per Leg/ 12 Per Leg/ 6 Per Leg

One Set Every Other Minute, Each Set Grab a Heavier DB

Conditioning:

Max Thrusters (95/65#)

Max Strict Pull Ups

One Set Every 3 Minutes

Auxiliary Work:

Belt Squat: 30/20/10 (Add Weight Each Set)
