Incline Bench: 2 Warm Up Sets, Find Working Weight, Then 3 X 4, Stop 1” From Chest, Never Come Off Tension

Add Weight to 08/06

or Use DB's and Perform Incline Bench as Normal

Conditioning:

20 Chest Elevated Push Ups (on tire)

10 Tire Flips

Auxiliary:

14 Hammer Curls: 8/4/2 Reps w/ 10-Seconds Between

20 Tri Rope Pull Downs
