This is truly Functional Fitness and the things I have done and continue to do in the gym I know will continue to help me be the healthiest version of me that I can be. I am grateful to be a part of such an amazing community!

If you are someone who is looking to get stronger, leaner, and in better shape than you have ever been before, all I can say is put your trust in Rome.  He will guide you to where you want to be...you just need to be patient and get out of your own way.

I’m very pleased with the results that I’ve worked for over the years.  I’m also very proud to be part of a gym that continuously gives back to the community and supports its members professionally and personally.

I cannot imagine my or my family’s life without Romeo Athletics.  We have met amazing friends, stayed healthy and motivated, and gained an enrichment that can only be earned through pushing the limits of what you think is possible.

All you have to do is walk through the door and you’ll get a better workout than you can imagine and consistently! The community of members that Romeo Athletics draws continues to amaze me.

Andrew was able to deliver an amazing 12-week program that included both a physical fitness and a nutritional component specific to our job. In that time frame our members lost weight, gained strength, reduced body fat and had positive reviews during annual physicals.
